Sulky is an iconic French brand, best known for its vintage bicycle components from the 1970s and 1980s, such as perforated, lightweight and sturdy brake levers. Originally from the Saint-Étienne region, a hotbed of the cycling industry, Sulky also produced scooters in the 1950s under the names Motobloc and RSI.
