The history of the Luxor brand, which specialises in bicycle headlights and lanterns, dates back to the early 20th century, particularly between 1910 and 1920. Louxor was known for its carbide (acetylene) headlights and lanterns, which were very popular at the time for lighting bicycles and sometimes motorcycles. These products were appreciated for their robustness and efficiency.
